Production Method Aug 13 2010
1. Purpose:
Purpose of providing this performance method is to describe production processes including neutralization, discoloration, hydrogenation, winterize, H2 gas production and odorless in Golestan cultivation and industry co in Dezfool, so that it is assured the correct performance of required processes in order to produce the productions according to designed national standards.
2. Scope:
This performance method is used to all production activities of Gdestan cultivation & industry co in Dezfool in neutralization, hydrogenation, H2 gas production, odorless and winterize.
3. Definitions.
Neutralization: Purpose of oil purification is to discharge undesirable impurities outside of oil so that it makes the least damage to triglycerides and oil loss must be in the least amount. Oil neutralization with an alkali is the most common oil purification method. When oil is mixed with an alkali, it caused to discharge free- fat acides by changing them to insoluble soaps in oil.
Colorless: A process that called colorless of oils and fats is basically a physical absorption act in order to separate co lour and most of oil- impurities from it by absorption into an absorbent that is usually a bleach soil and active car loon.
Hydrogenation: Transformation of liquid oil to semi- solid oils or suitable fats in order to produce margarine and sorting is called hydrogenation. Hydrogenation is a chemical reaction that hydrogen is added to binary bands (binary links) that it is in triglycerides with animal or vegetable origin. Naturally, and it saturates them.
H2 gas production
In this method, distillated water in proximity of post ash electrolyte is analyzed by direct electricity current
Post bleach stage: In this step, by adding citric acid, the residual nickel is separated in hydrogenised step by making complex.
Odorless: Odorless is the final step of edible oil purification and it is basically a distillation step with steam in high temperature process is to discharge volatile aromatic impurities out of oil and to produce a tasteless and without unpleasant odor product.

5. Performance Method
In production method, the production manager announces production program to liquid and solid oil production supervisors based on production order form that planning and production manager informs it daily, and they perform neutralization, discoloration, winterize, hydrogenation and odorless
5.1. Neutralization: In neutralization process, the operator begins to start this process after he became coordinated with liquid oil purification supervisor and according to oil production form.
This process is started by the quid direction PR- W- 01- 01 and all of information is written in neutralization report form in number PR- F- 01- 03 by the operator each two- hours one time. Then it is delivered to oil production supervisor to keep on file.
5.2. Discoloration: In discoloration process, the considered operator perform this process after he become coordinated with liquid oil purification supervisor and according to the supply of neutralized oil in medium storages based on the quid direction in number PR- W- 01-02. All of information is written in discoloration report form in number PR- F- 01-04 by the operator each two- hours one time and then it is delivered to oil production supervisor to keep on file
5.3. Odorless process: In odorless process, the operator perform this process after he become coordinated with liquid oil purification supervisor and according to daily production request based on step- up quid direction in number PR-W-01-03, and the process data is written in odorless report form in number PR-F-01-05 each two hours one time and this form is delivered to oil production supervisor to keep on file.
5.4. Winterize process: In this process, the operator performs his work after he become coordinated with liquid oil purification supervisor and according to production request based on step-up quid direction of this process in number PR-W-01-35 and data of report form in number PR.F-01-11 is written each two hours onetime and it keeps on file to oil production supervisor.
5.5. Hydrogenation process: In this process, the operator performs his work after he become coordinated with hydrogenation unit supervised in confidence with colorless oil in storing tanks accordant to all data of process is written in hydrogenation report form in number PR-F-01-06 by operator each two hours one time and it keeps on file to solid oil production supervisor.
- Capacity of liquid oil tanks each 44 tons & 650 kg
- Capacity of solid oil tanks each 47 tons & 800 kg
5.6 H2 gas production (Electrolyze): In this process, the operator performs his work after he become coordinated with by origination unit supervisor according to step-up quid direction in number PR-W-01-05 and all process data is written in form PR-F-01-07 each two hours one time by operator and this form keeps on file to solid oil production supervisor.
5.7. cleansing of hydrogenation and liquid production unit: cleansing of unit contains sets, valves, tanks and pools based on quid direction in number PR-W-1-33 for hydrogenation and in number PR-W-1-33 for liquid purification units.
