Introducing Plant
Site/plant of Golestan Dezfoul Cultivation & Industry Co. was constructed in the year 2001 at north of Khuzestan province, Dezful city at Zagrous mountain range and Sabili fertile and beautiful plain in a lot with area of 48 hectare industrial and agricultural land with 17,000 hall of production line and packaging and warehouse infrastructure for keeping manufactured products with capacity of 1000 ton by using from the most advanced machineries of production line and packaging for different types of edible, liquid and solid oils with nominal capacity of 45,000 ton annually.

Machineries of Production Line
- Made in Alfalavel Sweden
- Packaging Machineries are made in Japan
- Purifying and producing different edible oils
- Manufacturing different metal cans
- Manufacturing different PET cans
- Manufacturing fatty acids for animal food and resin of oil color
- Machineries of production line for edible oil are from Alfalavel Sweden with system for production Kantinioz and Bech
- Nominal capacity of machineries is 45,000 ton annually that can be increased up to 70,000 packs
Site has production line for metal dishes and pat for packaging liquid edible oil and frying oil with the following capacities:
- Capacity for producing bottle pat within 3 working shifts is daily 330,000 bottles, for oil products its capacity is daily 150 ton liquid oil and frying oil
- Capacity for producing can within 3 working shifts with volumes of 16- 4- 4.5 and 5kg within 3 working shifts daily 500 ton
- Can 4 with volumes 4.5kg and 5kg producing daily 40,000, can 16kg daily production of 12000
- Infrastructure of production line is 2000m
- Production and packaging halls, administrative building and other constructions for production with daily capacity of 1000 ton
- Real capacity of site in accordance to allocated infrastructure is annually
- Site has warehouse with capacity of 5000 ton for keeping productions at level of international standards

Potential Facilities and Advantages of Zone
- At present time we are concluding contract for buying 5 hectare land at Imam Port(2000km of site) in order to construct tanks and warehouse saloon with capacity of 40,000 ton oil reserves and plan for developing it up to capacity of 150,000 ton
- Readiness for making joint investment for depot, distribution of manufactured products in highly consumed provinces of Iran and creation of sale agency(this plan has economical, technical and financial justifications for returning capital within 2 years)
- Readiness for making joint investment for production line of food and drinking industries in accordance to abundance of fresh cow milk and ability to create cow farms, in order to export to foreign countries (this plan has economical, technical and financial justifications in accordance to 100% needs of our neighbor countries to import dairy products with returning capital within 3 years)
- Creating transportation network and buying 40 trucks for carrying raw materials and products of plant(this plan has economical, technical and financial justifications in accordance to ability to offer service to other plants and their market of productions, return of capital within 3 years)
- 48 hectare land with 10 hectare industrial usage and 38 hectare agricultural usage that in accordance to creating lateral, food and drinking industries it can be changed into 48 hectare industrial land
- Aforesaid land has 2 wells of sweet water with international qualitative standard with capacity of supplying water up to 12 inches per minute and 600,000 pcs of 1.5 liter bottles of water
- Company has 2mw high tension electricity that can be increased up to 30mw from nationwide electricity network (distance of site to electricity station is 1000m)
- Studying and readiness for making joint investment to create production line of milk powder, carrot powder, corn groats, soup spaghetti, grains, summer crops , in accordance to abundance and cultivation of aforesaid products in province
